    ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
    Those undertaking this course are required to have completed AUR40216 Certificate IV in Automotive Mechanical Diagnosis or be able to demonstrate equivalent competency. International students must be of 18 years of age and possess an IELTS overall band score of 5.5 or equivalent. Those who do not meet the minimum IELTS requirement will be referred to an accredited English Language Training provider to undertake an English course prior to commencing the qualification.
     
    COURSE DURATION
    The course is delivered over 26 weeks on a full time basis. It is divided 2 terms including 100 hours of field placement.
     
    VOCATIONAL PLACEMENT
    Students must undertake 100 hours of supervised field placement as part of the course which is excellent opportunity to improve their practical job skills. Sheffield organises workplacement on a non-paid basis.
