Construction Induction (White) card

This nationally recognised training course provides the essential knowledge and practical understanding required to work safely on construction sites across Australia. The program covers workplace health and safety (WHS) legislation, hazard identification, risk management, emergency procedures, and safe work practices.

Upon successful completion of the CPCWHS1001 – Prepare to Work Safely in the Construction Industry unit, participants will receive a White Card, which is a mandatory requirement for anyone wishing to enter and work on construction sites throughout Australia.

Entry requirements

Participants must be at least 14 years of age and possess basic English language, literacy, and numeracy skills to successfully complete the training and assessment. Valid photo identification may be required on the day of training for verification purposes.

The course is delivered on monthly basis and can take up to 2 days to finish
